Anup Ladva graduated from Kings College London in 2002. The main focus throughout his career has been clinical dentistry. He has a strong interest in primary care and is actively involved in improving the provision of ethical and quality dental care in Essex.
Anup has an interest in aesthetic dentistry and occlusal rehabilitation. He has trained with some of the world leaders in these fields and has spent time in the USA advancing his clinical and material skills. He has also completed the MJDF with the Royal College of Surgeons and is committed to lifelong learning. He is currently attending an implant training programme completing the GCAP at Kings College Learning Institute and he is an active member of AACD, SAAD, RCS and the ADI. In addition, Anup is a clinical teacher and examiner at Kings College London and is a Vocational trainer for dentists on the Eastern deanery.

Hardik Patel qualified with honors from St Bart’s & The Royal London in 2006. He is an associate at the practice and co vocational trainer. Hardik works a 2-day week at the surgery.
He is keen learner and engages in continuing professional development and has undergone postgraduate training for his career growth and self-development. In 2010, Hardik successfully completed The Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at The Royal College of Surgeons of England. He is also coming to the completion on his Diploma in hypnotherapy.
Hardik has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and has completed the following post-graduate training: and has completed the 1-year course in Cosmetic Dentistry & Advanced Restorative Dentistry – with Dr Chris Orr.

Carl Manhem is our visiting oral surgeon. He qualified from Dental College, University of Gothenburg, Sweden in 1983. He completed his specialisation in Oral Surgery in 1994 at University of Linköping, Sweden.
Carl worked in two University Hospitals in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Stockholm, Sweden and Aarhus, Denmark as Assistant Professor for five years. During this period, he also worked at several Implant Clinics and a Private Hospital as a Consultant with implant treatment of patients with all kinds of complex cases.
In 1998 he moved to London, England, and worked at the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London. First as Clinical lecturer, full-time, at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Implantology until 2002 and from 2002 Clinical lecturer part-time at Eastman Dental Institute – Continuing Professional Development, University College London to date.
Since October 2000, he has run Implantology courses at EDI -CPD, University College London and also lectures nationally and internationally.

Deepesh is the new dentist here at Braintree Dental Studio. Originally from Bristol, he moved to London where he graduated from King’s College London in 2011. He participates in community work and he has visited a Head and Neck Cancer hospital in Mumbai and has helped at various homless shelters which left him feeling humbled. He plans to return to India in the future for voluntary work.
Outside from dentistry, Deepesh is a fanatic sportsman and plays competitive cricket during the weekend. In addition to playing, he has helped in coaching children. During the winter months, Deepesh is a keen squash player and skiier. Off the field, he is a passionate cook and loves spending time in the kitchen.
